I think the reason she looks so cute, is that her face has tons of character for a person so new to the world. A lot of baby faces look sort of un-formed, but that’s a wonderful smile she’s got. She’s beautiful!

O lovely wee babe! She projects such incredible personality! Somehow you can tell that this is a kid who is going to do it her way, every day, despite the objections of her mother and father. Just wait until she gets her sea legs and starts booting about the house!
And on the Canada front… it’s raining buckets on the Ontario Lakeshore this a.m. and a thunderstorm is forecast for this afternoon. The thin skim of snow that we did have is rapidly vanishing and I’m afraid the landscape has all the warmth, colour and romance of a drowned rat. My hopes for a white Christmas are swiftly melting! Eeek.
