The interview game. Tag!

interview game:THE RULES
1. leave a comment, saying you want to be interviewed.
2. i will respond; i’ll ask you five questions.
3. you’ll update your website with my five questions, and your five answers.
4. you’ll include this explanation.
5. you’ll ask other people five questions when they want to be interviewed.

Big-P has suggested I limit the next lot to be interviewed to seven. I may run out of question ideas.

Heather gave me my interview questions:

1. What is your favourite colour?
I have different favourite colours for different purposes, and they change all the time. At the moment my wardrobe is almost all black, olive and various shades of deep reds. My favourite colour for illustration is and my favourite colour for everything else is .

2. I’m a Rothko fan.. Who is your favourite artist?
I am a big fan of the Australian artist Charles Blackman. I am always amazed by his deep colours that seem to glow, his playful, whimsical figures that have something more sad or sinister underneath, his sense of humour, and his surety of line and gesture.

3. If you could fly to the Moon, would you?
I would! Without a doubt. I would love to see Earth from space.

4. Flower garden or vegetable garden?
Vegetable, preferably with a few flowers thrown in. My ideal is to one day have a kitchen garden right outside my back door, full of herbs and veggies and fruits that I use in my cooking. In reality I am way to lazy to get anything so amazing off the ground.

5. What do you secretly hoard?
Martha Stewart magazines, my old diaries (starting from the age of 7 right through until I was 21. What schlock…) and my old dollhouse miniatures.

You may interview me if you’re up for it! If you’re not… well, you can anyway. I don’t see why you would though, that wouldn’t make sense.

  2. gayla@fluffco.com

Damn are you past seven? I would like to play.

Well… Big-P was a bit of a cheat, so Gayla — you’re number 7 and that’s where I’ll have to call it quits … sorry Mark and A.
